Shipping & Delivery: Orders will ship within 24-48 hours (we try for same day) excluding weekends and holidays. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require further information from you to complete your order, we will get in touch promptly via email.

We ship in the USA.

All shipments will be issued a tracking number via UPS. This will be emailed directly to you once your package ships..
Returns & Replacements: Any item may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of customer receipt, providing it is in original sale condition with tags attached. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, where available. Any refund is equal to the purchase price plus tax but excludes shipping fees. We ask that you pay shipping costs to return an item, and in the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item out to you free of charge. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received. Refunds are issued to the original credit card account provided within 5 – 7 business days of FERD receiving the returned item.

Items must be received by us within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. For your protection please return your merchandise by an insured and tracked method. Ferd is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us.
